Krystal Freya Munn BSc (Hons) RN Dip COSRT MBACP, Director

Krystal Freya Munn is a qualified Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist. As an Accredited Member and Registered Supervisor of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT), and a former Trustee of COSRT, she is bound by their Code of Ethics and Principles. She is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and is on the Accredited Voluntary Register. Krystal is also a qualified nurse and is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and the Royal College of Nursing (RCN). She has a broad experience of working with both individuals and couples of any sexual orientation to address their sexual and relationship difficulties, and is a Registered Therapist with Pink Therapy. Krystal is a former winner of the national COSRT post-graduate award for her work in the field of psychosexual therapy. Clients are encouraged to explore their sexual and relationship difficulties in a safe and confidential environment, which is facilitated by Krystal’s understanding and non-judgemental approach. Krystal was previously a regular columnist for Coach Magazine.  Krystal is the former COSRT Media Representative. Krystal also offers online counselling and Relationship Coaching.

Kathy Freeman, Practice Manager

Kathy spent her early professional life in mental health as an NHS administrator at Fairfield Hospital. For the past 15 years she has worked with the NHS and private health sectors as a PA to two local surgeons, as well as supporting the clients and staff at Woodbridge Therapy Ltd as their Practice Manager.  Kathy brings with her an in-depth knowledge of different healthcare models and healthcare providers. A naturally warm and empathic person, Kathy has enormous skill at helping the client access the appropriate help they need.

Julie Sale – External Clinical Advisor

Julie is Woodbridge Therapy’s External Clinical Advisor.

Julie is a UKCP Registered and Accredited general psychotherapist,  COSRT Senior Accredited Sex and Relationship Therapist and COSRT Accredited Clinical Supervisor. Julie currently represents COSRT on the national Coalition Against Conversion Therapy group, working towards establishing standards of education and practice in gender, sexual and relationship diversity in the health professions across the UK.

Julie has extensive experience working with sex and relationship themes both in the NHS and in private practice. She is Clinical Director of Sex Therapy Herts and has a busy private therapy and supervision practice. Julie is a Pink Therapy endorsed GSRD Aware Trainer.

Julie is Clinical Director of Contemporary Psychotherapy, and Director of the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology.

Lorraine McGinlay – Internal Clinical Placement Supervisor

Lorraine McGinlay is an Accredited member of BACP and COSRT and one of Woodbridge Therapy’s Internal Clinical Supervisors, providing supervision for Trainee Therapists who are undertaking their clinical placement with Woodbridge Therapy. Lorraine was elected on to the board of trustees for COSRT in 2014 and takes an active role in their Media Team dealing with Press Enquiries and Social Media Strategy.

Lorraine has volunteered her time to support a wide range of disability organisations including Hertfordshire Action of Disability (HAD) and the MS Therapy Centre in which she previously held the position of Chair and was instrumental in modernising the centre and creating abroader spectrum of accessibility. She has been a key speaker at a wide range of local and national events which have included mental health, disability and sexual therapy. As well as a volunteer she fundraises for various charities including Cancer Hair Care, a local charity helping people deal with hair loss due to chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

Lorraine McGinlay is a leading sexual and relationship therapist working with individuals and couples from her private practice in Hertfordshire. After a successful career in the civil service Lorraine re-trained as a counsellor and has dedicated her speciality after qualifying as a Psychosexual Therapist, who now applies her experience to help clients overcome a wide range of issues.

She is a qualified person centered counsellor (Dip.Couns) and an Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (MBACP) and the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT), the UK’s leading organisation for therapists specialising in sexual and relationship issues. She also supports and promotes her membership of Pink Therapy and the Counselling Directory.

Sally O’ Keefe, Associate Therapist

Sally is a qualified Psychosexual Therapist and Relationship Counsellor. A member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT), Sally uses an integrative approach to therapy, calling on the variety of learning experiences that she has had. Sally has a special interest in issues relating to early Attachment and its continuing impact on relationships, personal happiness and well-being.

Kirstie McEwan, Associate Therapist

Kirstie is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She works as both a specialist psychosexual and relationship psychotherapist and a general counsellor.

Kirstie is a former trustee of COSRT. She was invited to sit on the National Memorandum of Understanding on Conversion Therapy group and is a former representative of this group as the memorandum is now being implemented by the signatory organisations.

Kirstie is registered with Pink Therapy and has undertaken additional training in working with the essentials of gender and sexual diversity. She is recognised, by Pink Therapy, as an Accredited Gender, Sexualities, and Relationship Diversities Therapist (Accred GSRDT). Kirstie has personal and comprehensive knowledge of the trans and non-binary community and is aware that these people deal with the same day-to-day problems as everyone else irrespective of their specific trans and non-binary needs. She is also aware of the issues that family and friends of trans and non-binary people face and believes that her own experience in this area will be of benefit to others.

Kirstie utilises an Integrative approach, drawing on her awareness of various therapeutic modalities and adapting these to suit the individual client’s need. She provides a safe, non-judgemental space for clients to seek resolution to the issues that bring them to therapy. She works with individuals and couples whatever their sexuality or gender.

Leanne Woo, Associate Therapist

Leanne Woo is a qualified Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist and is a member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT). She works with both individuals and couples. Leanne is also a qualified Adult Nurse and has been qualified since 2007. She is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). She has worked with predominantly oncology patients including  gynae-oncology , breast oncology, uro-oncology and colorectal oncology.

It is her nursing career that inspired her to learn a new specialism. She became interested in mental health and started volunteering as a listener, taking calls for Samaritans. She found it extremely rewarding and fulfilling to be there for someone in their time of need. Leanne uses an integrative approach. She has a special interest in early attachment and how it impacts on relationships and wellbeing. She provides a safe, non-judgemental space for clients to seek resolution to the issues that bring them to therapy.  Leanne treats all of her clients holistically.
